At Papilio, we specialise in the design and build of luxury kitchens. We make our bespoke kitchens the traditional way. We use time-honoured skills and techniques in unison with the latest technology and engineering, giving you peace of mind that your custom kitchen will last a lifetime. Every part of your kitchen is entirely bespoke, made by hand in our West Country workshops by expert cabinet makers using a combination of state-of-the-art machinery alongside traditional tools and techniques passed down through the generations.
Our experienced team create beautiful, bespoke kitchens and fitted furniture with timeless elegance. We make unique kitchens personal to individuals and functional for families. Our handmade kitchens are crafted using only the finest, responsibly sourced materials. Every kitchen is expertly considered to fit perfectly with your home and tailored to suit your lifestyle and personal preferences.
Made-to-Measure Kitchens
The relationship between you, the client, and us as designers is the key to genuinely transformational kitchen design. As such, we take the time to get to know our clients and understand the property’s history and design. In addition, we take time to learn how you and your family will use the space and get a sense of your overall vision for the project.
To compliment your luxury kitchen, we can also offer a complete house furniture solution, designing, manufacturing and installing furniture for any room in your home alongside expert project management for the entire process.
Sustainable Kitchens
We are advocates of sustainability. Our kitchens are carefully made by hand using traditional cabinet-making skills and selected from the finest responsibly sourced materials and finishes. This includes the timbers for our cabinetry and engineered wood alternatives allowing us to turn your dream kitchen, pantry, scullery, wine cellar or boot room into reality.
Custom Made Kitchens
We want our clients to be actively involved in the design process so that their dream kitchens embody their style and personality. So, whether you are looking for a shaker kitchen, a county kitchen, a Scandinavian kitchen or a mid-century kitchen, we will work with you to ensure that the project is entirely custom-made and finished to the highest standards. If you have an idea beyond a particular style or want a black kitchen or an ultra-modern one, our experience in the field can make it happen.
Designer Kitchens
Every Papilio kitchen is driven by our client’s needs and inspired by their ideas. The design journey is one of collaboration. We use our expertise to transform your vision into a reality and can source fantastic materials to create a kitchen that will become your favourite room in the house. We have also partnered with some of the best brands in kitchen appliances and technology to ensure that your new bespoke kitchen will exude style, functionality, and quality. We can fabricate our own hardware, from handles to fixtures, and work with partners who are specialists in the field of hardware, lighting, and kitchen accessories.
